Well-centered mixing process
BvL mixing auger
To ensure the mix is always blended to perfection, each mixer wagon houses a BvL mixing auger at its core. Distinguished by its unique, outwardly ascending flights, it centers the flow of the feed in the mixing hopper with exceptional speed and precision! The use of highly wear-resistant HARDOX steel ensures that the auger uptake will retain its shape and optimal setting for many years to come. The knives are adjustable, allowing for the mixing auger to be adapted to a variety of different feed components.
Hard as steel, thick-walled and indestructible
BvL mixing hopper
Boasting a one-of-a-kind design, our mixing hopper is made of premium quality steel, 20 mm thick and 8 mm strong - QST355. The thickness of the material is increased further by the walls that have been welded with an overlap and fused together with a fillet weld. And, should the loading vehicle drive up too close, our hopper is protected by the welded anti-spill ring.

BvL mixing chamber
The perfect coordination between hopper, mixing auger and mixing wedges turn our mixing chamber into an express mixing chamber. Asymmetrically arranged inside the hopper, the mixing wedges ensure that the feed flows unhindered and with minimum expenditure of force. The ultra-fast exchange between the chambers provides for fast-paced mixing and optimum volume utilization.
Sturdy cutting unit and a large loading scoop
BvL cutting unit
The BvL cutting unit of the V-MIX Fill LS Pro is characterized by its sturdiness and straightforward design. BvL invested 40 years of their extensive experience in this cutting unit. Brought front and center during development were process reliability and performance. The cutting depth can be adjusted between 5 and 40 cm. This flexibility allows the user to remove 2.5 m³ of solid silage in one go. The active knives in the cutting unit keep the silage clamp face smooth and firm. The silage is not loosened up. This prevents reheating at the cutting surface and preserves the quality of the silage. Offering a loading depth of 1 meter, the loading scoop is a genuine capacity marvel capable of moving droves of material.
Standard camera system for monitoring the cutting process and reverse travel
BvL camera system
The V-MIX Fill LS comes standard with two cameras. One camera is trained on the cutting unit, while the other monitors reverse travel. The system allows you to monitor the cutting process and set the unloading depth when plunging the cutting unit into the material - all from the comfort of your tractor cab.
