Lining made of high-alloy stainless steel to stand up to extreme requirements
BvL stainless steel lining
All BvL solids dispensers are furnished with a lining made of V2A that fortifies them for use in extremely demanding conditions. V2A is a high-alloy grade of stainless steel with premium quality and a high concentration of chromium / nickel. This steel demonstrates its worth particularly in abrasive conditions. Since it is non-corrosive, V2A is exceptionally hard-wearing.

BvL stainless steel dosing augers
The dosing augers housed in the mixing hopper are also available as a stainless steel version. The steel used is V2A stainless steel. This grade of steel truly shines when exposed to abrasive media. It is resistant to wear and virtually free of corrosion. These qualities are a guarantee for a long service life.
A combination of slide plate container and vertical dispenser
BvL V-BIO Combi
The BvL V-MIX Combi is a fine choice for anyone who wishes to store particularly large amounts of input materials. The tanks are available with volumes of up to 150 m³. Both manufactured from premium grade stainless steel, slide plate and container are resistant to wear.
