Antonia Kindel farms 90 hectares of grassland and 180 hectares of arable land with her uncle. They keep 300 cows at the site in Lippetal.
There are a few challenges on their farm. For example, it is difficult to get into the barns during the winter months as the driveways are very steep. The self-propelled V-MIX DRIVE Maximus Plus 17-1S helps them with this challenge thanks to its all-wheel drive.

Ralf Voit is the CEO of the Geroda Farmers Co-op. At the location in the eastern part of the Saale-Orla-District, he keeps 600 dairy cows.
For feeding we use a V-MIX DRIVE Maximus Plus 19-2S self-propelled mixer wagon. The mobile feed management system V-CONNECT Dairy Feeder helps with the planning and implementation of the feed rations.

Josef Eder runs a 40-cow suckler cow farm (Limousin) in Hallwang, Austria, near Salzburg.
As part of the renovation of the barn, the farm opted for a V-MIX Fix 10-1S stationary electric mixer, powered by its own green electricity.
The use of the mixer enables the cows to absorb the basic feed better, which is particularly important for suckler cows. The robustness of the construction and the quality of the after-sales service were further reasons for the purchase decision.

Jonathan Theys runs the Janssens family farm in Belgium with his uncles and his parents, with about 1200 cows and young cattle.
The farm uses a V-MIX Giant 40-3S for their daily work, as this allows them to supply their complete stock with 4 mixes. Due to several locations, the stable chassis is particularly important to the farmer. The low clearance height in the young cattle barns was also a challenge for the mixer wagon. The farm has been a BvL customer for many years and is very satisfied with the products and the service.

Mark Stewart runs Barwell Farm on the South Island of New Zealand. He has been pedigree mainly Holsteins for 40 years.
At first, a V-MIX Plus 24-2S supported him in his daily work in the barns. After about three years, Mark decided to buy another mixer wagon with a larger capacity, the V-MIX Plus 34-3S, with two EDS discharge doors on the side. The second door allows the feed to be discharged more quickly. Mark Stewart appreciates the robust construction and the high reliability of the BvL mixer wagon - both during the mixing process and when discharging the feed.

Pierre van Oort, together with his wife and a partner, runs a dairy farm with about 200 cows and young cattle.
The farm "De Westrik" relies on a V-MIX Plus 24-2S mixer wagon for its work. The compact machine mixes the feed very well and quickly. Our customer has chosen a chute. In addition to the individual height of the feed mixer, the remote-controlled weighing system with a terminal in the shovel loader was installed especially for Pierre van Oort. With this extra, our customer can work quickly and comfortably.

Franz Brinker from Salzbergen runs a dairy farm with 200 dairy cows and corresponding calves. He mainly uses maize silage.
In order to optimise and control the operational processes, Mr Brinker relies on the V-CONNECT Dairy Feeder. The feed management system makes it possible to document feed consumption and feed costs and to run analyses.
The farm has relied on BvL technology for several years and he is very satisfied with the robust and low-maintenance machines.

Jos Faassen runs a dairy farm with 140 cows in Sint Jacobiparochie, Friesland (Netherlands).
A BvL-Megastar silo block cutter supports him in his daily work. The robustly constructed machine cuts blocks of 1.10 m depth and the blocks can be easily deposited in the feeding kitchen. The BvL-Cut Control is a practical aid so that you can see directly whether the silo block cutter is positioned straight in the silo.

Christian Kluge-Sammer is Junior manager of the agricultural production Reuth in the Saxon Vogtland (Germany). The farmer has 200 hectares of grassland and 800 hectares of arable farm land. Mr. Kluge-Sammer kept 200 dairy cows with own young stuff and 50 suckler cows. Because of the old buildings the farmer has limitted heights clearance and very narrow passage ways.
The farm has relied on BvL feeding technology since 1993 and the V-MIX LS is now the seventh machine. The great advantage of this self-loader is that all the work involved in feeding can be done with one machine: Filling, feeding and bedding!

Jan Lamprecht, managing director of Rinderhof Agrar GmbH in Seubtendorf in south-eastern Thuringia (Germany), keeps 550 dairy cows with with female youngstock on the farm together with his wife. The dairy cows are kept in old farm buildings/ sheds. That means that the cows are fed with a belt system.
The main argument of the V-MIX DRIVE was the intake roller (thus the structure of the fodder is kept).

Jörg Schäfer, together with his family and one employee, runs a dairy farm in Alheim, Niedergude in eastern Hesse (Germany). In the meantime, the family has opted for a fourth BvL-machine. A big challenge of the farm is the large amount of grassland.
Due to the distance from their shed to the storage of silage, the acquisition of a self-propelled is an enormous labour-economical advantage.

Johannes Schäfer from Willingen (Rattlar) in northern Hessen (Germany) runs a dairy farm with 630 dairy cows with his family. The farm is located at an altitude of 650 metres and is therefore almost a pure grassland farm. More than 70 % of the feed is grass silage.
In the meantime, the Schäfer family has decided to buy a third BvL-mixer. During the consultation, it quickly became clear to the family that the BvL-mixer was the right solution, as it was customised and made to their needs.

Jaiden Drought from the Taranaki region on the west coast of the northern island in New Zealand runs a dairy farm of over 100 ha. He has been feeding his 360 dairy cows for five years with a trailed feed mixer from BvL. His V-MIX Plus 22-2S external filler is equipped with a lateral conveyor elevator for optimal filling of the feed troughs.
This individual equipment was one of the decisive factors for Jaiden to decide in favour of a feed mixer wagon from BvL. In addition, Jaiden is convinced by the high reliability of the feed mixer in its daily work. Through BvL's New Zealand partner Webbline Agriculture, he received comprehensive advice from local contacts on site. After the order was placed, the production was carried out in Germany and the shipment was initiated.
